Sanctuary is a housing and care provider. We were set up over 50 years ago to deliver housing and care to those who need it, and that original purpose still guides us today. Throughout our history, acquisitions, mergers and development have enabled Sanctuary to grow into one of the largest not-for-profit housing associations in the UK.

                    **Torbay Domestic Abuse Service** are part of Sanctuary Supported Living. 

At Torbay Domestic Abuse Service, we provide practical, non-judgemental support, advice and protection for all victims of domestic abuse. We offer a wide range of help to individuals and families in the Torbay area, including confidential advice, one-to-one and group support sessions, and safe houses.

We have a range of different departments that work to support people experiencing Domestic Abuse including:

• Do DASH assessments
• Provide advice and support on the phone line
• Help create safety and support plans
• Support people on a 1 to 1 basis
• Signpost support

Accommodation

• Manage the twenty-two safe houses
• 7 Crisis Units (Housing Options)
• 15 General Needs Units
• Intense Support & Care
• 3 month - 6-month Support
